DeHaat’s Shutter Painting Initiative in Maharashtra
In May 2024, DeHaat embarked on an innovative branding initiative to enhance its presence and visibility in rural Maharashtra. This pilot project involved shutter painting across seven districts: Ahmednagar, Beed, Nasik, Osmanabad, Sangli, Satara, and Solapur. Pertingo, the retail branding division of MarketMen, was entrusted with this ambitious task.
Project Overview
Objective: Increase DeHaat’s brand visibility and connect with the rural farming community.
Scope: Shutter painting on 114 walls across seven districts, covering a total area of approximately 75,000 square feet.
Duration: 45 days
Districts Covered: Ahmednagar, Beed, Nasik, Osmanabad, Sangli, Satara, Solapur
Execution and Challenges
Pertingo’s team executed this project with meticulous planning and coordination. Each wall painting was designed to resonate with the local farming community, showcasing DeHaat’s commitment to empowering farmers through technology and support services. The project involved:
Site Identification: Identifying high-visibility locations in rural areas.
Logistics Management: Coordinating the transportation of materials and teams across multiple districts.
Local Coordination: Coordinating with outlet owners to ensure smooth execution. Each wall was prominently painted with the DeHaat logo.
Future Plans
This pilot project sets the stage for a broader campaign, with plans to extend the shutter painting initiative to additional districts in Maharashtra and other states. By enhancing brand visibility through impactful and localized artwork, DeHaat aims to further strengthen its connection with the farming community and drive its mission of empowering farmers.
Through these creative and visually engaging efforts, DeHaat continues to make strides in transforming the agricultural landscape in India, one district at a time.

We’re excited to share that MarketMen had the honor of executing a unique stall setup for STIHL at the Kullu Dussehra Mela in Himachal Pradesh, starting tomorrow. The objective was to target farmers and showcase STIHL’s cutting-edge farming tools.
Setting up in Kullu, a beautiful but remote region with limited infrastructure, came with its challenges. However, with strategic planning and execution, we transported the entire stall fabrication from Chandigarh, ensuring delivery a day ahead of schedule!
With the dedicated efforts of our team— ajay shrivas, @Jitesh Rana and Raina Khatri —the campaign is ensuring top-notch execution and interaction.

As the execution partner for this groundbreaking campaign, MarketMen has been involved from concept creation to on-ground recce and finally executing this transformative event. We are excited to contribute to this initiative that will drive sustainability and innovation for our farming communities.
Key Highlights:
Flag-Off Ceremony: The event kicked off at the rivers’ origins, featuring local dignitaries and a health camp for farmers.
Journey of Transformation: Teams are engaging with farmers to demonstrate cutting-edge agricultural tools, boosting efficiency and sustainability.
Grand Farmers’ Conference: The journey will culminate at Devprayag, where exemplary farmers will be honored, spreading the message of progress throughout Uttarakhand.
